Quarrica is a brand of RKBIMPEXP Pvt. Ltd., a natural stone export company registered in India. We source granite, marble, and sandstone directly from quarries across India and supply to architects, designers, and developers worldwide.

We collect only the data necessary to serve you:

• Contact & inquiry forms — name, company or firm, email address, phone number, country, and project details you voluntarily provide.
• Sample request forms — shipping address, city, and project type in addition to the above.
• Analytics — page views, session duration, and click patterns collected through Microsoft Clarity. All analytics data is anonymised; we do not receive personally identifiable information from Clarity.

We do not store payment card details or any financial data on our servers.

Your data is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiries, sample requests, and general correspondence.
• Improve our website and catalogue experience based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
• Send follow-up communications related to your specific inquiry (not marketing, unless you explicitly request it).
