Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity?
We work with orders from a single container (typically 18–20 MT) upward. For samples and project trials, smaller quantities are available.
What are your standard payment terms?
30% advance payment to confirm the order, 70% against Bill of Lading (BL) copy before shipment. We accept wire transfer (TT).
How do I get a price quote?
Use the 'Get Export Quote' button on any stone page, or contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. We respond within 24 hours.
Shipping & Logistics
What ports do you ship from?
Primarily Mundra Port (Gujarat) and Chennai Port (Tamil Nadu), depending on the stone origin. We can arrange delivery to any major port worldwide.
What are typical lead times?
4–8 weeks from order confirmation to FOB departure, depending on stock availability and order size. Rush orders may be accommodated.
Do you handle customs documentation?
Yes. We provide full export documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and technical test reports on request.
What HS codes do you use?
Granite slabs: 6802.23, Sandstone: 6802.29, Marble: 6802.21. We can advise on specific HS codes for your country's import requirements.
Products & Quality
Are your stones tested to international standards?
Yes. Our granite meets ASTM C97 (water absorption), ASTM C880 (flexural strength), and DIN 51130 (slip resistance) standards. Test reports available on request.
Can I get custom sizes and thicknesses?
Yes. We supply slabs in custom dimensions. Standard thicknesses are 16mm, 18mm, and 20mm. Thicker slabs (30mm+) available for select stones.
How do I request a sample?
Click 'Request Free Sample' on any stone page. We ship 2×2 ft samples to qualified buyers (architects, contractors, importers). Sample cost may apply for some markets.
Do you offer both polished and unpolished finishes?
Yes. Most granites are available in polished, honed, and flamed finishes. Sandstones can be supplied sandblasted or bush-hammered. Availability varies by stone.
